EHI Retail Institute

EHI Retail Institute is a research and educational institute for the trade industry and its partners. The institute is financed by trading ventures and their associations and is promoted by the manufacturers of consumer and capital goods. The EHI-network covers approximately 500 members across Europe. The emphasis of EHI is on the following areas:

- Price marking and goods economy
- Inventory differences and safety engineering
- Store constructing and equipment
- Marketing/CRM
- Information and communication equipment
- Quality and origin-safety devices
- Commercial structure and development
- Logistics/packing

At EHI, research means close co-operation with practice. Approximately 1,000 experts represent the members and promoters in 30 working circles and project groups and bring regularly their knowledge into the EHI research activities.
