Something good - even better!
For PRESTIGE 8 we have improved much “behind the scenes” and have made use of the potential, which Windows7 brings with it, to make working with PRESTIGE even more user-friendly and faster.
Flexibility with Windows7
PRESTIGE 8 integrates seamlessly into the new operating system version of Microsoft. Make use of the new possibilities which Windows7 offers you whilst simultaneously designing your templates using the powerful functions of PRESTIGE. Many of the new Windows7 functions are supported, such as e.g. attaching to the task bar, live preview in the task bar and flip-3D.
Extended barcode types
Besides EAN-13 you can now also make use of GTIN-14 barcode information to label your articles and display these on posters and labels.
Simple and precise
The new object box makes it possible to position fields accurately. For an even more precise design of your templates, position fields not only by using the mouse, but also by making use of the keyboard, exact to the nearest millimetre.
Made (more) simple
Justified alignment of all fields? Using PRESTIGE 8 it is simple to align several fields with a mouse click.
Even more information
With PRESTIGE 8 it is possible to fill a multi-row text field with up to 2,000 characters.
Specifying ingredients such as allergens, additives or nutritional value, e.g. on labels of re-packaged fresh produce, is not a problem with PRESTIGE 8.
In this way you are equipped even today for the implementation of the compulsory provision of food information as discussed by the EU proposal COM(2008) 40.
