Open to changes
PRESTIGEenterprise is designed as an open system, entirely built on the forward-looking technology of efficient Web services. Web services represent the groundbreaking capability of Web-based communication between programs. For this reason PRESTIGEenterprise can be easily integrated in existing IT-infrastructures, thus providing mutual communication.
Processes kept simple
Whether at a branch location or in the headquarters, operational procedures must be simple and efficient. PRESTIGEenterprise satisfies this need by providing consistent and practice-proven workflows.
The path from the idea to the utilization in the branch covers only three main steps:
- Create the format and templates with the Designer
- Evaluate the templates or Playlists using test printing or test views
- Release and publish in PRESTIGEenterprise
Technical Requirements

PRESTIGEenterprise Server is a Microsoft.NET application which works on server systems running Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition with Internet Information Server (IIS) and the ASP.Net Framework.
PRESTIGEenterprise Server is delivered in two different versions. For smaller installations, PRESTIGEenterprise is provided with Microsoft Data Engine database server, based on Microsoft SQL technology. For middle and larger installations a bundled version with Microsoft SQL server is offered.
PRESTIGEenterprise DisplayEngines and PrintEngines run under with Windows XP and Windows XP Embedded.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and higher is supported. We recommend using Internet Explorer 7.
Central or Local
The creation of formats and templates takes place centrally within the appropriate department and is independently accomplished by applying the Template Designer, contained in the standard package. The simplicity and ease of working with the Template Designer allows users to produce an unlimited number of formats and templates.
The Template Designer supports the use of formulas, which can calculate percentages or display the savings figures directly based on last data input. This results in little required information being input later.
The Designer also supports the definition of crossed out price fields, which are displayed only if a previous price was entered.
These are only two functions from everyday trade practices, which are already supported as standard int the Template Designer.
The provided formats and templates are now transferred directly to PRESTIGEenterprise in a simple form and thus released for use.
Content modifications of the used templates can be opened centrally or restricted, according to the respective policy of the company, so that the desired advertising form and contents remain as defined.

Cross-media with PRESTIGEenterprise

PRESTIGEenterprise is a cross-media application. One advertising strategy, one work routine, diverse media outputs. No matter if advertising messages are produced on paper, digital displays, shop scales or electronic shelf labels, no disconnects are encountered by advertising communications across various printing and display systems.
NEW! PRESTIGEenterprise can centrally control TV-channels and allows for connecting televisions or television walls via the PRESTIGEenterprise Display Engine. Set up television programs in the branch yourself and manage the content centrally or locally – according to needs and objectives.
Server Technology
Through central use of a WEB server containing the entire article and media information as well as information from local printers, display units, shop scales or electronic shelf labels, the amount of data transferred between the headquarters and the branches is reduced to the base data only. The data quality and currency is drastically increased. The on-demand-based transfer of media data, whether for printing or digital display units, additionally cuts the amount of transferred data.
The centrally determined logic considerably reduces the software distribution expenditures when updating or upgrading.
