General information
Seminars require at least 4 participants to take place. In order to maintain a high level of quality, seminars are limited to 8 participants.
Cancellation
A customer can name a replacement participant at any time till the seminar begins. Online Software AG will not require any further charges for such an action. Registration cancellation will incur a processing fee of € 55,- plus 19% tax per person if the written cancellation is received by Online Software AG no later than 2 weeks prior to the reserved seminar date. Full charges are due in the case of non-attendance of a participant or late registration. Reimbursement will not take place in case of declined services.
Fees
The fees listed in the current seminar price list are valid. These include seminar materials, lunch and drinks, unless otherwise stated in the seminar description. Should more than 2 participants from the same organization take part at a seminar, a reduction of 20% will be charged for the third and further participants. Payment in full of the invoiced amount shall be due 14 days prior to seimnar begin.
